Henry Heerup (1907-1993) small original drawing, oil crayon on paper, with motif of a pixie girl, cat, dog and birds. The pixie has a heart on her chest, which is a recurring symbol of love and humanism in Heerup's art.
This work is from 1985 and is in a silver frame behind glass.
Heerup was known as the "chairman of the pixie union" and often used the pixie as a symbol of the common man and joy of life all year round, not just at Christmas.
